Join energetic R&B Soul Line Dance instructor Belynda Head for a fun hour of line dancing with step-by-step instructions at an easy pace.
We are bringing line dancing to the library! Line dancing is choreographed dancing, but also a fun form of exercise. It gets your heart pumping and your brain working, all while being part of a social activity. AAPLD welcomes Belynda Head from Chicagoland's Lines 'N Motion for a series of fun classes to work your body and keep your mind sharp. Please wear something GREEN
