Randy Thrasher, Mah Jongg instructor, will teach you the basics of the game over four sessions. After you've mastered the rules and can play on your own, we invite you to continue playing as part of AAPLD's weekly Mah Jongg Club!
Mah Jongg was developed in 19th-century China. A game of skill, it's commonly played by four people using 144 tiles based on Chinese characters and symbols.
Mah Jongg sets and handouts will be provided. Mah Jongg 2024 cards will have to be purchased by each player from the instructor.
