Build and decorate your own wooden gingerbread house to enter our contest! Sign up for a kit and use our Makerspace supplies and equipment to bring your vision to life. *Limit one kit per household.
Once your house is complete, return it to be voted on by the community. The top three houses will win gingerbread-themed prizes!
Important Dates:
Kit Pickup: Begins Friday, November 21st
Finished Houses Due: Saturday, December 6th
Voting: Sunday, December 7th - Saturday, December 20th
Winners Announced: Sunday, December 21st
The Makerspace will be closed for pre-scheduled programming and 30 minutes before and afterward for set-up/take-down. Check the Calendar of Events or call the Makerspace at 847-458-6060 (option 7) to ensure availability for the drop-in project.
