Enjoy a chilling presentation highlighting Chicago-based serial killers given by Susan Gibberman, librarian and true crime specialist.
Susan Gibberman has been the Head of Reader Services at the Schaumburg Township District Library for the past twenty-five years, and she is also a two-time recipient of the Northern Illinois Librarian of the Year Award. A television aficionado, she published a bibliography on Star Trek and is a contributing author to two editions of the Museum of Broadcast Communication's multi-volume Encyclopedia of Television. Her first fiction short story was published in the anthology Missing in 2009. She serves on the Board for the Love Is Murder conference and is a specialist and frequent guest speaker on true crime topics. Patrons will also have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the program.
