This month's book is The Nocturnal Brain: nightmares, neuroscience, and the secret world of sleep by Guy Leschziner. This book is available in eAudioBook format on Hoopla. Copies of this book will also be available at both library locations.
This program will be held in person at the Eastgate Branch. If the weather is nice, we will meet outside. Please dress for the weather and bring a blanket and/or lawn chair to sit on during the discussion. If the weather is not good, we will meet in the Large Meeting Room.
