Almost Home: A Pet Adoption Event - NR

Join us at the Bark Park to find your newest family member! This community event will offer fun for the whole family with multiple area rescues, shelters and pet stores onsite.
Participating organizations include: Bark of an Angel Dog Rescue, Heartland Animal Shelter, Animal House Huntley, One Tail at a Time and more! Please be aware that each organization will have unique adoption guidelines. If able, please bring a donation of pet food, blankets, or pet toys to help the cause. Read to a therapy dog from 11 am to 1 pm (first come, first served) and visit with Dr. Hart of Heartland Animal Hospital who will host a special storytime at 1:30 pm. The first 25 families to commit to adopting a pet will receive a custom-made keychain and goody bag.
