Facilitated by therapist Tori Shaw Morawski, LMSW, IICDP, FNAP, sessions cover key topics including sleep, feeding, partner relationships, self-care, postpartum mental health, balancing work and family, child development milestones, and coping with stress and anxiety. Gain practical tools, build community, and navigate parenthood with more confidence and self-compassion.
To help parents fully benefit from this program, we ask that only adults attend. The library does not offer on-site child care, so please make arrangements in advance.
