Come learn about Supportive Living Programs: Access Affordable Assisted Living in Our Area with Jennifer Fitzgerald of The Pointe at Eastgate.

Supportive Living Programs offer a unique resource to the community. For many, Assisted Living is financially out of reach, even though the services may be needed for a loved one. Supportive Living Programs work with Medicaid to provide assisted living including: prepared meals, laundry service, housekeeping, social activities, transportation, 24-hour staffing, and more! The Pointe at Eastgate is a Supportive Living Provider that assists those 65 and over. We want to expand awareness of this opportunity to those that might think affording assisted living is out of reach. We would like to share how this voucher program through the State of Illinois works, what is required, and share about our community.
