Drop in for Heart Age Screening with McHenry County Department of Health.

The heart age screening takes 5-10 minutes. Participants will meet with a health educator who will complete the Heart Age Assessment:

  • Take Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition Assessment
  • Provide Resources and Education

Environmental factors like stress, diet, and genetics can speed up or slow down how the heart ages. When it comes to heart health, your heart age may be more important than your actual age. This tool is created for anyone age 30 or older who does not have known heart disease.
