We want to hear your perspectives and insights about supporting a person living with dementia so that we may identify gaps and needs in the community. You will learn about opportunities to improve care and support of these individuals and we will determine ways to work together to better serve caregivers.
The Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter's areas of service span 87 counties in Illinois, including Bloomington, Chicago, Joliet, Peoria, Quincy, Rockford, Springfield and Southern Illinois. Since 1980, the Association has provided reliable information and care consultation, created supportive services for families, increased funding for dementia research, and influenced public policy changes across the state.
