Feeling stressed? Tai Chi has many therapeutic benefits. Stay connected and moving and breathing through these uncertain times we are living through.

Tai Chi Ball Qigong, which is a fabulous 45 minute workout, utilizes a ball. Feel free to use any ball you have at home! 

This class will be conducted via Zoom.  Once you've registered, we'll send you the password for the meeting link.  Class instructor will be Allison of MoonWillow Tai Chi & Wellness
