Introduction to Stand-Up Paddleboarding - RR

This introductory course taught by instructors from L.L.Bean is a great way to learn the popular sport of stand-up paddleboarding.
In a supportive environment, you'll learn the fundamentals of stand-up paddling as well as essential skills for being safe on the water. You'll also learn how to use every piece of equipment, maneuver your board and the best paddling strokes for specific wind and water conditions. You'll receive one-on-one coaching and plenty of time to practice what you've learned.
You should plan to work hard, get wet and see substantial improvement in your technique by the end of the course. All necessary paddleboarding equipment is provided.
