With 20 years of yoga experience, holistic nutrition expertise, and personal training certification, Julie integrates mind-body healing into her teaching. Having found yoga and sound healing transformative in her own recovery, she creates a safe space to heal and grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Depending on the weather, we will meet on the back patio or in the large meeting room.
